Located between Cooks Brook and Sunken Meadow Public Beaches, you will be only five minutes from our private association Salt Works Beach. Our home is fully air conditioned with 5 mini split AC units. WiFi is available throughout the home. Three HDTVs are available to tenants. Local and network stations are available through our subscription to Direct TV streaming service. Tenants may also utilize our subscriptions to the following services, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, and MAX. The home also features a 70 foot Trek Deck with two tables and plenty of chairs and a large Weber Gas Grill perfect for those lazy afternoons and evenings. Eastham is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore with many recreational opportunities including the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is less than two miles away as well as several hiking trails. Launch a kayak or canoe in Nauset Marsh or visit one of the several fresh water ponds. Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches on the ocean side are a short drive away.
